Minutes of executive committee meeting held at IMA hall,Attavar at 7.30 pm:

President , Dr.Vatsala Kamath welcomed the members.
1.She enumerated the jobs and responsibilities of each office bearers which has to be followed for efficient and effective functioning of the committee.
President- overall in-charge of the functioning of the committee and mentoring and planning the various activities for the society meeting
Vice president – advisory member and incharge of the committee in the absence of president
Secretary:to coordinate with the president in holding academic meetings,correspondence with fogsi and …
2. It was found recently that the MOGS members were not included in the electoral list for upcoming FOGSIelections 2019.when investigated it was found that the annual subscription fees paid to fogsi was on 9 th April 2019 while the last date was march 31 st 2019 which was mainly due to a technical error.Efforts are being made by Dr vatsala kamath by telephonic conversation and emails to fogsi office bearers including president Dr nandita palshetkar and Dr jaydeep tank,secretary general in this regard.we wil get to know in a couple of days regarding their decision.
3.dr vatsala kamath encouraged young members to give talks on adolescent health programs in schools.
4.next society meeting will be in June on pcpndt and mtp law by government health care providers.
